Fashion Nails

I like this establishment! I can always get an appointment here within a day. My nails turn out excellent and they pay attention to detail. I would love for it to last longer but that's the nature of polish...needs redoing. Enjoy

Called to make an appointment ahead of time. Arrived for my scheduled appointment and several people were still waiting for their appointments and walk-ins were being told they could get in while 2 nail techs were struggling to keep up. Waited 15 minutes until it was obvious my appointment would not be honoured and left.

My nails had been destroyed by a previous esthetician and Li made sure she was gentle and did a superb job. Will definitely be back!

Not the best place honestly. I asked for matte black nails, they ended up being wrinkly and looked very sloppy (almost like the polish was dripping around while it was drying). The nail tech ended up telling me they couldnt do matte black nails without them coming out wrinkly because of the shape of my nails (which really shouldnt have anything to do with it and just sounded like excuses). She said she needed to make my nails shiny in order for it to look smooth. She added a shiny top coat to my nails and it was so sloppy it looked like I had done them myself. I was extremely disappointed. Even after expressing that I was very unhappy with my nails, she refused to offer me other solutions. I eventually told her I wasnt prepared to pay full price for sloppy-looking nails that didnt look anything like what I asked for and they begrudgingly discounted $5 off my total price. Basically I paid $45 to look worse than I did when I came in. Never coming back here again. Service: Manicure
