Evergreen Duct Cleaning

We moved to a home that needed to be scrubbed from top to bottom. What we took out of the furnace was beyond disgusting. So we knew we had to get everything professionally cleaned we had the ducts, furnace, Van ee and because it was blocked the central vac cleaned. Definitely worth doing. Sadly with so many scammers out there duct cleaning has a bad rep but believe me when I say it is worth it with the right company. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

First I will start off by saying I have never been told "Joseph you are crazy" by anyone let alone someone I just paid over 1,000.00 like I was by Cleon owner of this company. I was sharing my frustration about the dishonest, ridiculously charged added on pricing. At a rate of 489.00 he was already double the price of other people however I was looking for a honest trustworthy company and did I ever make a big mistake here, so maybe thats what you meant Cleon when you called me "Crazy" and in that context I would agree with you in choosing your company. It was like -12 out, left doors wide open to the house without even placing any kind of cover , wind barrier etc.over them. My poor wife was freezing as house was at 51 degrees. Anyway I have reported them to BBB who also advised me to file a complaint with Government of Ontario which I am in the process of. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

From the first greeting to the completion of our duct cleaning, we were so thoroughly impressed with, and appreciative of, Cleon and Ryan's professionalism and courteous customer service! We couldn't say more about Evergreen Duct Cleaners! They were prompt, professional, and had excellent communication from start to finish. Thank you to Cleon, Christine, and their son Ryan for allowing us to breathe easy in our home for the first time after moving in last year. I highly recommend Evergreen to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned and wants the job done right!

I'm late writing this review. We hired Evergreen Duct cleaning to clean our ducts only and opted out of the furnace cleaning portion. The crew were professional and polite and cleaned the duct very thoroughly even left the registers shiny. However after they left we noticed one register vent had dirt on the floor and window above it. So we contacted them immediately to address this issue. The owner responded right away to apologize and wanted to make thing right for us. The owner personally accompanied the crew back to our home to address our concerns. They arrived and went right to it wasting no time. They cleaned the ductwork and mess at that particular register vent and explained how a mistake happened by them at time of cleaning allowing the dirt to get blown out of the register vent. No excuses whatsoever, just the plain honest truth. We appreciated the honesty and coming back to address our concerns but they didn't stop there. We initially called Evergreen because there was a foul smell that would come out of the register vent when the furnace was turned on for the first time this fall. There was still that foul odor even after the first cleaning. I mentioned this also to the owner before they came out the second and final time. They went above and beyond because they cleaned furnace and ended up removing and reinstalling furnace components and found the source of the foul odor. 3 mice got into the furnace over the summer months while not in use and made a home. The owner would not accept any payment for this even when I opted out if the furnace cleaning. This company made it more than right with us and very very much appreciated the straightforward honesty and standing behind their work. We would definitely recommend them and plan on calling them back in the future. And our home smells great again. Thank you! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
