Came in quickly and excavated one whole wall, cleaned and applied two water-proofing products. Here for 3+ days and yard left spotless, despite major piles of dirt and heavy machinery. Returned following year to add to soil that had settled over the Winter. Have recommended to friends who report similar experiences.

I can easily recommend Ardel to anyone looking to have some foundation work done. Steve and Tim were professional, quick and clean. The work they did is, as far as I can tell, is exactly what you what from an excavated foundation repair. What sold me on them though, and the reason Id recommend them over some of their competition which Id also contacted for this job and was much less impressed with, is that both of them went above and beyond in the job. They explained the steps involved, answered my (many!) questions and curiosities about the process, and generally made me feel quite comfortable about a house repair that can be rather important. Fair price, great work, friendly service. Cant ask for better. Cheers fellas.

Words can not describe how thankful my wife and I are with Steve and Tim from Ardel Concrete Service. Steve came in last week, accessed the issue and booked us for today. I was expecting them to make a mess (because of the nature of the job). To my surprise, the area was cleaner than before they got there. Usually you can not get quality, service and efficiency at the same time but with Ardel, you can. Price is unbeatable!!! 1000K Stars is not enough for this company. THANK YOU!!!
