I have never been so happy with a dermatologist. I have been struggling with acne for YEARS and every time Ive been to a dermatologist, they recommended Accutane. Dr. Oblenes was the first to try another treatment before in which my acne is gone. She is patient, compassion and understanding. She will adjust to your needs. I cant say enough good things about her. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

I wish that zero starts was an option! My family doctor has referred me to this clinic twice back in 2016ish and 2021, both times It took months and months and months for an appointment, and multiple weeks to even receive a phone call for the appointments. The doctor is disappointing in her bedside manner (brought a stranger into the consult room without introducing her or asking if I was okay with the stranger knowing my private medical information) and dismissed my claims thinking that she knew my skin better than me after being in the room 3 minutes. Her proposed treatment was the exact treatment that I had already received multiple times from my family doctor - why would anyone wait 6+ months to go to a specialist to receive family doctor treatment that can be done in a week? When I referred to her phone consult treatment suggestion she feigned ignorance and indicated that the treatment was freezing. She then proceeded to give me a lecture about what I should want basing it on what she would want and not taking into consideration that I was only at a dermatologist because the primary doctor referred me! So she was trying to steal services from another doctor! When I didnt agree with her she said that I should go to another dermatologist! Is this really the calibre of members of the Ontario health care systems today? Doctors that dont listen to their patients? Try to railroad them into procedures they dont want and preventing procedure scheduled with other surgeons? Then refusing to provide any care all after a 6 month wait for an in-person appointment. By the way- Wait times were the same prior to CoVID. Not surprisingly I wont be wasting my time to see this doctor again and will be passing my opinion along to my family doctor as well. I noticed a price list stating that prices increased in January to have warts and skin tags removed - her rates are crazy high! Im sorry my review is so long but to those that are considering this dermatologist I feel that I must share my negative experiences.
