I called at 9am this morning to order a dozen roses for delivery, and really didn't expect them to have any available being it's the 14th of Feb. But not only did they have roses available, they also delivered them to my wife's office way earlier than expected. When speaking to the young woman on the phone, she told me it may not be delivered until the afternoon, which was fine, but man what a surprise I got when my wife called just a couple of hours later, embarrassed to have received what I was told is beautiful bouquet! Great Job to the team at Luda's, thank you!

Im in arizona and found this florist online to send flowers to my sister in aurora for Christmas. My sister phoned me,I asked how the flowers were she said the arrangement was beautiful but most of carnations were wilted and dead 4 days later she couldnt use it for her Christmas dinner. Contacted them and told them their reply was well give you 10 dollar credit on next order and said that they hadnt been watered. Well I reordered from Tina and they are still as beautiful a the day I sent them going on 5 days now never will I ever order here again. Will never recommend to anyone
