Stephen at Kinnext Health has been amazing at treating my lower back pain over the last two months. What I like best is that he uses a variety of techniques - including dynamic stretching, massage, muscle activation/strengthening, acupuncture, and back adjustments - to treat the area and attempt to prevent future injury. He has also been super accommodating to my specific scheduling needs and is extremely personable, responsive, and professional in his communication and overall approach. I would highly recommend Stephen and Kinnext Health to fellow retired athletes or anyone looking to treat new or chronic injuries.

Recently started physio here for my arm problem and I am very satisfied with the quality of care. I highly recommend Stephen for all your physiotherapy needs. He diagnosed my problem immediately even so my USG and X-ray showed nothing. He is extremely knowledgeable, detailed and explains everything very clearly. He has years of clinical experience and takes the time and effort to really help his clients get back to the life activities they were use to before their injuries!
