Lise made our dream of owning a cottage come true! My husband and I had been looking for months, and over all those months Lise showed us A LOT of cottages (and some houses), provided invaluable guidance, responded to hundreds of our questions quickly and without any judgement, walked us through bid after bid until we won, and she's now helping us through the closing process. We were competing in a crazy market, but Lise always steered us in the right direction and made sure we absolutely loved a place, and didn't let our emotions take over in the bidding process. I found Lise on Google and knew from our first meeting that she was the perfect fit. She went above and beyond for us as a family and especially for me, Lise understood the love that I had for the house I was selling and was very empathetic to my emotional roller-coaster. Her eye for detail is unapproachable from soft staging my home to seeing details in the new houses we looked at that I would have never seen or thought of. She drove up to North Bay several times because I wanted her as my buying agent, I trusted her opinion. Overall Lise really helped me through this transition with knowledge and compassion. I would not hesitate to recommend or have her as my agent/partner again. Lise is also very knowledgeable on the legal documents and the tenants laws as the basement apartment was occupied "we have all read stories on what a disaster this can be" She had all the bases covered to protect us from any issues. We loved working with Lise! Shes amazing, and helped us so much with buying our first home. Shes so easy going, takes everything were looking for into consideration, and just a wonderful person in general! Shes very genuine, and wants the best for her clients! All in all, she made this a very great experience! Highly recommend!
