I had upper arm pain from a fall on kids playground for almost 2 years and it wasn't going away, I couldn't reach car seat belt with my right hand! Peter examined my arm and found the issue and after 10 sessions of different physiotherapy, electrotherapy and exercises, the pain was gone and I got my arm back! thanks a lot Peter and other staff. you are doing great job.

I have been diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis as well as a labrum tear. Heather has been showing me exercises to strengthen my core that I never knew existed. They really focus on the specific area. She is very knowledgeable and professional at her craft. I feel confident I will be able to get back to the outdoor activities I enjoy. Thank You Heather

I highly recommend Vishnee Visagan, pelvic floor physiotherapist. She supported me throughout my pregnancy and helped me prepare for childbirth. I will return postpartum as well. Thank you!

I am an active individual, working full time, walking, trails, exercising, biking and in June of this year I woke to experiencing muscle stiffness and range motion. I was at 25% usage.
