The endeavour of purchasing a house during this recession in an precariously unpredictable housing market was not only a daunting task but also a very stressful one. Our real estate representative during our seven month journey took time to understand our desires and was patiently reassuring with every viewing encounter. His professional and meticulous research approach gave us the confidence that despite market trends, our dream is somewhere in the market awaiting us at the right price, despite the rising interest mortgage cost. Joseph and Joe are a dream team! I was looking at a few cottage properties in the Madawaska Valley. They gave me their honest, professional opinion and advised me to keep looking, promising theyd help me find the perfect place - and they absolutely did! Joseph worked tirelessly, making calls , knocking on doors and driving 4 hrs up north on numerous occasions until he found a property better than I could have imagined, in an area I hadnt even considered. They made sure everything was perfect (water tests & wiring) and even negotiated an extra parcel of land into the deal for an incredible price. I am over the moon happy with my purchase! And so thankful to Joe and Joseph for their time, patience, expertise and hard work to ensure they got me a property that my family and I can enjoy for decades to come.
