I dont even know where to start. Wasim was amazing. He was kind and considerate but real and honest. Left to my own devices I would have priced myself out of the market. Luckily I listened to Wasim and sold my home at asking in 5 days! You dont feel like a client with Wasim, you are family. He takes care of your every need, question and concerns with the patience of Job, and he needed it with me! I could call him at anytime with any problem and he would calmly walk me through to a solution. His knowledge base is out of this world. Anna is amazing as well. Caring and supportive always checking in and following up. I could not have made a better choice in a realtor to sell my home. I told Wasim he cant get rid of me now and have told everyone I know, if they are selling or buying I have the realtor for them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

We are so pleased with the services provided by Wasim that he gets our highest recommendation! Wasim facilitated the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home, and is currently helping us organize another transaction. From our first meeting he set out a plan for success and he followed through on every step he said he would take. Always a professional, Wasim was accessible, attentive and quick to provide answers to every question we had. We have no idea how many clients he was juggling, because he made us feel as though we were his sole focus. Buying and selling homes can be very stressful, but Wasim managed to remove much of that stress for us, and for that we are thankful. They say preparation is the key to success - and if you choose to work with Wasim he will provide you with a plan that will put you in the best possible position to have a successful outcome.
