        My two teenagers worked with a home trainer. I found Home trainer highly professional and devoted to their clients. They assisted me with the registration process and met all of my needs; the trainer was nice, active and kept my sons engaged.

        I have been working with my Trainer (Tiago) for just over 5 years. I sought them out during my first pregnancy and continued through to my second pregnancy as well. I continue to work with them and have been satisfied with the services of In Home Trainer. I especially appreciate the patience, kindness and care that Tiago shows in developing work out plans, addressing my needs and continuing to challenge me in achievement of my goals. Highly recommend
