Get Fit With Dave In-Home Trainer

I worked out with Dave in 2022. He was an excellent trainer. Very patient but he also pushed me to do more when he knew I could do more. He was always punctual, prepared and switched up the workouts so I was never bored. He kept on top of my measurements and motivated me constantly. Dave is never in a bad mood or negative. I saw results with Dave and he got me started back into fitness. I would highly recommend Dave.

The old saying goes, " if you could have done it yourself you would have accomplished it by now" Dave was the key that I needed to reach my weight loss goal. The daily check ins were great at keeping me focused. As a cyclist the less I weight the faster I go. With Dave's guidance I have accomplished just that. The money invested with Dave was well worth it, I saw as making an investment in my fitness account . I would recommend David to anyone who is looking for an honest, caring , dedicated person that happens to a great personal trainer.
