I am so grateful for Angela and Doug. I had already bought a new home when I contacted them to sell my condo. I needed to sell it fast. We had showings booked all day back to back for a week. I was shocked at how many people came to view my condo. I recieved multiple offers well above what I expected. Sold in one week for more than asking price. What more could you hope for. When we first sought realtors, Angela and Doug had been highly recommended to us through a family friend. In hindsight we couldnt be happier with the outcome that this recommendation brought us. With their expertise, Doug and Angela were able to get our house sold well above asking price within days. We can only credit this to their talent to accurately read the market, and the strategies that they applied. Because of it, we received much more than what other realtors had expected. But all things considered, there is much to commend with what Angela and Doug were able to do for us. When I first reached out to Angela and Doug we were immediately impressed by their level of professionalism. After sending what looked like laundry list of questions, I received a detailed response back within 24-hours. When we met in person we were even more impressed with how easy they were to talk to, and how personable they were with potential clients. They quickly won us over with their pitch, and not long after, it became clear that wed made the right choice. As a team, Angela and Doug were able to bring so much more to the table then your normal realtor. The legal process of selling our house was atypical, and required a lot more coordination and communication than your usual sale. They were happy to accommodate. I could reach Angela or Doug at all hours via phone or email. If I sent them a question, I always received a prompt response. They even went the extra mile when it came to staging. Doug literally took our cabinet door home with him to refurbish it in his garage; all at no charge. Thats how personable they are. Above all else, we could not have been more impressed with their intuition, and ability to read the market to our benefit. Other realtors all advocated significantly lower asking prices. As sellers, we worried that listing a higher asking price would deter buyers, or leave us waiting months for a sale. Doug and Angela were thankfully able to convince us otherwise, with their own analysis of how the market was shaping. 5 days after listing the house on the market, it was sold above asking price after multiple bids. Doug and Angela made the entire process painless, with the two of them guiding us through it. And it feels like we got the perfect outcome because of it. In hindsight we as sellers could not be happier that we chose Angela and Doug as our realtors. Even when some issues arose due to the COVID-19 Epidemic; as our realtors, they assured our concerns, and helped direct us through a final few bumps in the road before closing. And in retrospective, it was all a pleasant experience, free of the typical anxieties that we would have expected in selling our home. Like the friend who referred us, we will be highly recommending Angela and Doug for years to come, and they will be our first choice if we are to ever need realtors again. They simply have a talent for what they do, and it deserves much praise.
