My experience at the UPS store in Aurora for a newborn passport photo was fantastic. Sina and Niloofar went above and beyond to ensure that the final photo met all the passport requirements. They took their time to capture various angles and positions to get the perfect shot of my 3-week old baby. Their attention to detail and expertise were apparent, and I am so grateful for their patience and professionalism. The store itself was clean and organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Sina and Niloofar made sure that we were satisfied with the photo before printing it out. They also gave me helpful tips on how to take care of the photo. Overall, I highly recommend the UPS store in Aurora for anyone needing a passport photo, especially for newborns. Communication was not clear. I ended up being charged for a free return to amazon. Very poor customer service. I did not find the staff helpful because they did not understand that I would not want to pay to return an item to amazon. They insisted I return it with a box, charged me for the box and then charged me labour.
