Purolator Mobile Quick Stop

Is this mobile location no longer provide a scan for drop off packages? I dropped off a package today around 12:10PM, and the lady did not scan the package. I wonder if something goes wrong how am I suppose to proof I dropped off my package? No receipt provided either.

Bussed around 1h to get here. Times posted on Maps are pretty much official. Arrived around 4:50pm, it's open until 7pm. It wasn't there. Called Purolator number. Tried to give benefit of the doubt, maybe they're taking a leak. Turns out it just reaches Purolator corporate, not the truck. No way for me to even call in beforehand and ask the truck to stay, because you can't even call the truck directly. If you're going to make people wait then you gotta notice them somehow. I waited 30m, still no show. Lady on the phone said she'd look for other Quick Stops in the area and for me to give my current location. I have data and can find the Stops myself, but no Stops let you call the truck directly anyways. So I let her go do her thing, says she can also find some reason the truck isn't there. In my head I'm thinking she won't be able to do anything. And of course that's what she says a few seconds later. I tell her it's obvious the truck driver just thought 'well it's a slow day - no one's coming so I'll just book it.' She didn't give any reply, maybe what I'm saying was the truth. I just laughed it off and assumed I wasted a full hour of my time in the cold. These are official Purolator trucks with the Purolator logo on them, they gotta add a slogan that says "only here 50% of the time". I'm sick of it so I finally decided to post this. Theyre gonna give another generic reply to this review. Just watch Delphine nobody is gonna waste more of their time and email customer service, what you should do is copy and paste the bad reviews to the higher ups, so you can sit and relax instead of contemplating your existence dishing out generic replies this service is a joke and I'm salty I've visited these trucks over 10 times and enough is enough

Its Thursday 12.50 pm. It says opens at 12. I've been waiting here for 50 mins. The is no truck around here. Wasted time

I Googled Purolator near me and this one on Wellington popped up. I drove around and around for about fifteen minutes but there was no sign of any vehicle at the Go Parking Terminal. A terrible locationwhy not in a large public parking area that can be easily accessed and the truck can be seen? Can I have Purolator come to my home to pick something up?
