The technician Randy just left after doing full maintenance on my heating and air conditioning systems. Not only did he arrive on time, he was extremely pleasant and explained fully everything that he did. Please make sure to schedule me in for an appointment in 2 years for full maintenance again. The new furnace journey started with an inquiry about a new Trane furnace, Kelly at the office pointed us in the right direction and answered our early questions. She even went out of her way to help with queries about our current furnace. Steve called right away and was at our home the next day. He reviewed our options and presented choices. I found Steve to be very knowledgeable and provided us facts to make an informed decision. The quote was sent the next day as promised. The 2 gentleman that installed the furnace were polite and very professional.
