I was referred to Kurt Greb by my neighbour and while he was easy to communicate with, it soon became clear that he was dishonest and unable to follow through on a simple job that involved removing brush, trees and grinding stumps that he advertised. My neighbour also later recounted that Kurt tried to cut corners and illegally access city property to access his house from the back. I was then left with excuse after excuse for why he could not complete the work. These included his broken truck, problems scheduling a stump grinder ( which originally I was told he owned), and at least 4 other instances he said he would show up but didn't. After 7 weeks and piled up brush on my lawn that posed a fire hazard, I had Pinnacle tree service complete the job. Kurt did not refund me any amount for the paid but uncompleted work.
