We recently connected with Ian from Pollard's Plumbing to do a bit of work around our house. From the first call to the moment he finished the job, Ian was astounding. He took care to ensure all details were communicated, he provided a date and time for our appointment (and stuck to it), explained all our options, and took extra time to ensure we had an ability to make an informed decision on how to proceed. He was very professional, and is truly an expert in the field. On top of all of this, his costs were very reasonable for the work put in, and materials used. We will definitely be using Pollard's again in the future.
