I decided to redo my kitchen and used Timber Mart for my cabinets and countertops (laminate). Melanie and Dale were a great help and resource for me as I did the reno on my own and needed some advice at times. There were a few hiccups but both Melanie and Dale were quick to respond to my concerns and ensured they were dealt with! Excellent customer service. This past year we also waterproofed our basement foundation and used Timber Mart for all our materials. Everything we needed was in stock when we needed it. All of the staff behind the counter were very knowledgeable and offered their knowledge and advice whenever asked. If I had a question that the staff member I was dealing with didnt know the answer to, they were sure to consult another team member to ensure I got the correct info! I love completing home renos on my own and this Timber Mart is where I go first to get my supplies and advice! I also frequent the Peterborough area often and I still choose this Timber Mart over any of the stores in Peterborough as I find their advice, friendliness and willingness to help is unmatched.
