Unorganized and unprofessional Took my son in for two cavities When he finished (after 20 mins) he came out with his lip ans tongue cut When i asked what happen the assistant came up with multiple different story's one being that is wasn't there when he left the chair and all the dentist had to say is it will heal. I understand accidents happen but some accountability from the dentist and an apology go along ways ( none of which we got) Also when I was talking to assistant about what happen she said they did 4 cavities not two like originally said. But when I called back the next day to ask how Long one cavity takes to fill as he was only in office less then 20mins they told me they had my son and another kid confused and only did the two cavities ( in my opinion it sounded like lies) So check your bills to make sure you are only being charged for work they actually do

These people are CROOKS Took 500 dollars from me and I've been in agony for almost 3 weeks, set me up with a bogus appointment didn't even address the tooth. Now they want me to wait another week Keep telling me to get the hospital to do they're job, extremely rude and I feel like I was completely ripped off at this point! I even said I'll go elsewhere if you give me my money back, and they won't It's worth the travel to go elsewhere, don't waste your time or money with these people!!!!!! If I could give negative 5 stars I would! Hopefully the owner sees this and makes it right before I do go to the hospital!!! Completely destroying my stomach because I've eaten 70 advils, and these people can care less because they got they're money already.. So unprofessional and I'm glad I didn't waste more money on the exam to make me a client

The dental staff here is friendly, but unfortunately in our experience they are not very reliable. Our family has since switched dental offices.
