Bancroft Inn & Suites

This was a great spot near my job site. What really sucked about this place was the air conditioners that absolutely destroyed my sinuses and being out of there for 3 days I still have a stuffy nose and spitting up dark green phlegm. On top of that the people inside the office kept flashing their headlights into our rooms and yes I did have the curtains closed but the reflection of the lights went off the floor and lit up the whole ceiling. They would walk in and out of their vehicles every 5 minutes. They were nice people but not considerate for people that were trying to sleep at 9pm to get out of bed for 4am. If you come here make sure to avoid the a/c and stay away from the main office.

Just north of Town so nice and Quiet. No real amenities. And not really within walking distance of any. ( canadian tire and food land yes ) but lots of easy parking. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More

Worst experience EVER!!! It stared with the man at the front giving me a price for a 4 person room (we had 3 people) for 129+ tax and $200 deposit. My friend went in a moment later to ask a question, he assumed she was from a different group and told her 250 deposit and $150+tax for the room and that it could only be 3 people but if a fourth was added we would need to pay extra even though this IS a 4 person room. We went in confused and we settled on the price he had originally said. We went into the room with a service dog (unknowing that you needed a certain room for dogs) he came to the windows looking in at us and started screaming that we couldnt have a dog in that room and we needed to move to the room for pets, we calmly asked to have the room that accommodates pets and he said that room would not be available to us and told us to leave. This was at 10:00pm with nowhere else to go. So much false information and aggression!!! Wether the owner chooses to reply to this review or not this is exactly what happened!

Staff was not welcome whatsoever. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. They were watching us parking because he didnt believe we could park and kept telling us to adjust. Also only gave me back 210$ of my security deposit because they didnt inform me that it was an extra charge for 1 person for a room that sleeps 4 when we were 3 people in total. The room was so outdated and small. So much dust all over the room. Would not stay here again. Get better service.
