What a magical place to getaway and centre yourself back into wellbeing. I love Grail Springs, Ive been going multiple times each year with my husband and we absolutely love the entire experience. The beautiful oasis is set within the most stunning property- the lake, the forest trails, the beautiful hot springs tub. The nature and grounds alone would be enough to keep me coming back, but there is so much more to the experience. Its the total immersive education in wellness that I really love. Its a holistic experience for the mind, body and spirit. Every time I go to Grail, I leave with another tool to support my healing journey or a deeper insight of myself and the life I want to create. The wellness practitioners, incredible service staff and inspiring founder have all put so much love and intention into everything. Its my favourite place to go in Canada and Im a well travelled gal. This is truly a magical place. A place of healing, transformation, rest and connection. Every detail of the premises is well thought out. The services and treatments are top notch. Being here has been an opportunity to challenge fears, look deep within, connect with myself, connect with nature, be more open to signs from the universe, learn to love myself deeply and get excited for my future of what could be. Oh the possibilities! The food! Lets talk about the food. Im not vegan and Ive never been a fan of vegan food but the chefs here are PHENOMENAL! The food is beyond amazing. And Ive been satiated. Never hungry! The food has even inspired me to try some of the vegan recipes at home. What really makes this place is the staff! They are authentically themselves. They have treated me like family with hugs, smiles, laughter and being great ears to listen about amazing moments along my journey. That has helped, like having my own personal cheerleaders.
