233 Dunlop - Luxury Apartments

I reached out about a year ago for more info and an application. I was sent floor plans and asked which floor plans interested me. I responded and never heard back from them. We since ended up moving into a 2bdrm apt in the same area for much less (and we now have a yard). Not really a luxury area of Barrie to justify the luxury high rents (MLS listing shows over $3k for a 2bdrm) - unsurprised so many units are empty.

Overpriced for location, no rent control & views stated are misleading in my personal opinion, would advise to check maps satellite & news stories of Boys St. & Dunlop St W. Barrie.

The experience I had trying to even get an application was horrible. I was told to send my id for one & did , but 3 weeks later nothing ! Thanks. Just an update to this mess. I sent my paper work and am employed & on LTB because of car accident , so my income , gics, mutal funds were not enough ! How do people who are on benefits or retired get a place to live ?

I share the same experience as the previous person that commented... they asked for my driver's license to get an application which I sent. Then I never received an application. I was so worried after if I was being frauded!!! What a joke. This seems like a scam and just super unprofessional.

Unsure what's going on. I managed to get an application but as my partner was going to put it his information the application closed. I have reached out all week to hear nothing back. On top of this the move in date has moved back 3 times which is getting rediculous now. Initially I was expecting October 1st. It got bumped to November, then December 6th, and now February 3rd. I'm unsure how it got bumped back so far but my partner and I had high hopes to move to this place this year. We are in a temporary place currently and didn't expect to extend our stay this much.
