Have contacted them several times now for a consultation, get promises of return calls in 24-48 hours and I've yet to hear from anyone!! Not impressed but not many other options either.

Bathtub water pocket has been a problem for awhile now. They showed up 3 times a total of 10 hours with 2 guys and the problem is still not resolved, I hear a lot of positive advertisements over the radio but unfortunately my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. As the previous owner had the bath fitter installed, I cant speak to cost nor install details. Mine is perfectly installed without gaps, bubbles or scratches. The entire surface including the tub area ceiling is covered in a high gloss acrylic that looks, feels and sounds like plastic. As it is not a higher end look, my plan was to have the tub area replaced with stone tile but after living with it for 15 months Ive decided to keep it. In spite of the perfect install job, the plastic-type surface does look quite cheap but the amazing thing is that it just stays clean. Not a speck of mould, no water marks and absolutely no soap scum on the textured tub bottom, which is not slippery in spite of being glossy. Month after month it just maintains its perfect high gloss shine without cleaning. People actually ask me how I keep my tub so clean LOL. Its unfortunate to hear that people have had poor workmanship, but all is good for me. If youre looking for a high end bathroom, this is not your product, but if youre a busy family, a senior, or someone with a disability having difficulty cleaning a tub surround this is awesome.
