I have nothing but positive reviews for Shelley. She is highly professional and knowledgable, but still very down to earth and approachable. I'm a self-employed small business owner and she always gives me her time and full attention, despite the fact that she obviously has much bigger clients than me! She's also helped me deal with Canada Revenue and wasn't afraid in doing so!
