Terrible business to deal with. My father and I originally spoke with Jim (manager) who showed us some options for a diy fireplace project. He was aware we had no experience but still stood there while we ordered the Versetta Stone. Now I can appreciate its not their fault the stone was incredibly difficult to work with but at $25/sq ft they should have advised it might not be the best option for a beginner. The nightmare began the moment we met Dave! He didnt take payment originally, which delayed the job by a week. Charged my credit card twice in error. Stone arrives and 85% is cracked (not their fault) but they cannot give eta, Dave doesnt even know what type of blade to recommend for cutting the stone, as for caulking to usethey dont sell it. Were calling them for a timeline, Dave is never at the desk and when you do get him he is rude and condescending. Maybe its because we were a small order to them but regardless their customer service was disgusting and we will never be back.

They are always willing to get products to us fast and loaded where you want it at site.

Have posted once before about barrie pateane abd can't say enough of how quick and accessible and easy it was to get material...very friendly staff and they have jokes if you listen well enough to old school talk. Keep doing what your doing guys...

I brought my wife in looking for stone, but no clue what we wanted or needed, but once I met Dave and Jess I am a customer for life. 10/10 will be back, if your looking for the best experience in buying stone look no further, they bring fun and excitement. I will be telling all my friends spend there money here and leave those two a TIP - they deserve it - The left me with a Smile for the rest of the day and that was free of charge. They make this store a world class place, If I ran a business of any kind I would try to steal them - worth whatever salary they want. Smiles all around thankyou for making my day and my wife's!!! You have a customer for life.
