Starbucks

Just dropped in for a take out chai tea. The barista seemed more concerned with talking on his phone than serving me.

This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I worst cold brew and iced latte of Starbucks so far. I always take the same drinks and thats why i could say that the barista here dont prepare coffees as per Starbucks standards. And yes this location does not provide you Starbucks stars because they dont scan points here.

This is the best Starbucks Ive been to in a while! Kayleigh and Laurie were really kind and welcoming.. also, they make good coffee..

Glad I have enough sense to not purchase a drink here after two previous interactions over merchandise (not friendly in the slightest "we're closed " "That discount was ONLY for these items" -might as well added a "duhh.") I have a slight inkling that if I looked on tiktok I would find these workers posting those complaint videos where Starbucks workers complain about any job they are tasked. Certainly would not trust these folk with my dairy intolerance. Rather grab a Cole brew from the fridge section in the grocery store than order from their counter. Dietary restrictions: Dairy Free, Vegan

Have ordered from this Starbucks location within the Zehrs grocery 3 times now. First two times were fine, greeted by a friendly barista at the cash and spoken to by the barista making the drinks. Today was the first time ever Ive had a poor Starbucks experience, a young male barista made my drink, but was chatting to a Zehrs worker the entire time while making it. Did not acknowledge my presence at all, he looked at me and then started to make my drink, all while still gossiping about mutual friends with the Zehrs worker. He finished making my drink and then just put it on the end of the counter without saying a word. Nothing to even be like heres your drink. How incredibly rude and unprofessional. Acknowledging customers is literally the bare minimum and if you cant even do that, you shouldnt be working in customer service.
