This is not a health clinic, this is a store to sell cosmetics and charge a lot for their bad service, they don't answer your call if you were there , because they know what they did . Dr. Bashy and her team do not care about patients, just looking for money... my wife got the Ad , but they did charge her five times of their offer in Potax Ad .. they didn't give receipt, because they don't want patients have evidence about what Bashy did .. Never recommend this place and Please Please be careful..

WARNING I was immediately called by the pharmacist to reconsider my initial review on Dr. Sandy Shani. I have never been so appalled by a clinic and health care professional in my entire life. She failed to diagnose an infection on my incision after a major surgery. Failed to diagnose my son with a tongue tie until months after. I mentioned I was concerned with my infants inflamed toe, as I believed it to be an ingrown nail at 4 months old, and was told he was too young for that. She has little confidence administering shots to infants which can make any parent especially first time parents extremely uncomfortable. I was lied to by the front desk when they insisted they faxed over a referral for my son and then refused to help me once I assured them it was never received by the other office and I had called several times to be sure. There was no remorse or care by any means. Without knowing I was going to seek care elsewhere they have still never once followed up. The lack of care is disgusting. On top of it after being convinced to remove my original review the excuse I was giving was that COVID has made times stressful. I am an educator and if I fail to do my job and use COVID as an excuse to not provide quality care I LOSE MY JOB! It is not meant to be an excuse for your lack of knowledge and professionalism. She should NOT be in the field or trusted as a health care professional!!!!! By the way my sons toe nail was in fact ingrown and has gotten worse. Thankfully we have found someone who doesnt just care about how many patients they bill at the end of the night.

Ridiculous. They never answer the phone and impossible to get an appointment. Pharmacist faxing refill request for weeks.. I keep getting ignored and am seriously considering filing a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Thanks for nothing Dr. Beshay! I suppose youre too busy doing facials and selling cosmetics to be concerned about anyones health.

IPL laser facial. Zappy but effective! Thanks, Afsaneh, for the skill and the laughs. Great prices at this little medical spa in the back of a pharmacy on Bayfield Street. Who knew this was there! Definitely returning, already rebooked
