Barrie Sleep Disorders Clinic

Absolutely the worst communication!!! This place is connected with York Region Sleep Disorder Clinic in Newmarket. Based on my Dr referral I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails, resulting in no replies. After weeks of waiting for a response, I have now asked my Dr to refer me to a different clinic. According to the majority of reviews, this seems to be the trademark of this clinic. I DO NOT recommend these people.

Hands down the worst experience. I attended for a sleep study in April 2021 now in October 2022 the doctor contacts the ministry regarding my test results. Way to protect the public douche bag!!!!

This is hands down the worst medical office and doctor I have ever dealt with. With the long wait for CPAP machines currently I find out my script was over a year and the machine seller told me it needed to be renewed, of course the Barrie sleep clinic refused forcing me to start the entire process again. My doctor re faxed over a referral and I called this office 3 times a week for 3 weeks and spoke to the same tool who told me no referral here for you. Absolute disgrace to deal with when I have a severe case

I attended a over night sleep study where I was deemed as an extreme case. I then waited and waited for a machine and by that time my prescription had expired. After the doctor refused to update my script i was referred to start the process all over again. I then followed up 3 times a week at this point in need of the machine, all i got was no refferral was here for you. Absolute joke of a doctor and staff who answer the phone.

Poor communication. Took me over a year leaving messages that were not returned and my doctor requesting a study 3 times. The bed had a hole in the mattress. The worst sleep Of my life. I have a CPAP now, just wanted a new machine as mine is aging. I was promised a follow up call by the office manager, havent received one yet. The sleep tech was kind that hooked me up. I do not know the results, but I received a call from Medi gas about a machine, so I guess I passed? LOL. Would have been nice to hear from the clinic or doctor about it though. I cant leave a zero star review.
