        Dr Ballagh was very dismissive and unconcerned with my 6 month long nasal blockage that resulted in loss of smell and copd. Its been 9 months now. Still not better, and never called to check in.

        Dr Ballagh was really personable to me, and offered amazing advice which worked! He had a lovely personality, making jokes and offering calm advice. Thank you!

        Doctor didnt seem to care that I was having issues. Her suggestion just nose spray and get over it. Called to cancel appt so I could find another ENT. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule I said nope. Then they put in my file I was a no show for my appts. What a joke

        I have been a patient of Dr Ballagh since he first opened his practice here in Barrie, and he has always provided the best care l have ever received....Dr Ballagh knows his profession inside and out and it is not hard to see why his practice has survived the test of time, l can't see myself trusting anyone else who specializes in his field, l have recommended many friends and family to Dr Ballagh over the years and WIll continue to do so....Quite frankly he is the BEST in his field in my opinion, and look forward to many more years of his expertise...
