Installers were respectful and courteous and helped me understand the process. It was installed in a timely manner. I will be sure to contact Trade Army for any of my future needs.     Hired this company and had a very bad experience. We asked them to return multiple times to repair the poor work. We first asked them to return in June 2021 to repair the ductless split system they intalled in April 2021. They did not ever return after multiple times they promised they would. We had to hire a different company. This is their response we received from them in November 2021. Well that is unfortunate that you went in and hired another company to make the repair but that is your choice. I only just last week received a Napoleon order that I made in June. I haven't received the replacement indoor head that I have ordered for you along with other ductless products we have on order through Napoleon as of yet. We had to go to other brands to fill the needs of our clients, this has been an issue all year across the board with many brands and products due to covid. I'm glad the units are operating with no issues for you and I'm disappointed that our mechanic and master electrician made an error or didn't find the mix up of two of the three indoor heads. This is a very simple task and we have never made this error before. We have only had one issue in our history of the Napoleon inverter system and that resulted in an indoor unit replacement. As per adding refrigerant, we keep well documented notes of our installs with pictures. I find it hard to believe our work was poorly installed or the fact that it was overcharged since we did not add any refrigerant to your system. Once another company has got involved, our obligations to you are no longer required. I can't be sure that any future issues with the system were a result of them working on the system. You have a warranty with the manufacturer and the company you have chosen to use can help you with any claims with their products. Once again apologize for your experience with our service.
