Charged $125 for a 10 minute phone consultation. It was supposed to be for 1/2 hour. Prior to the phone consultation meeting which was 3 weeks away I was told I would have to complete an information form which would be sent to me. A couple of days before the phone meeting I still hadn't received anything. I called about it and was told it was sent to the wrong email address. I finally got the form and filled it out. My phone meeting had to be rescheduled. I finally had the phone meeting and was told a retainer package would be sent to me and had to be filled out prior to any work being done. More than a month later and no retainer package. It was probably sent to the wrong email address again if at all.
