Have been trying to withdraw an RESP for my daughter and it has taken over 4 weeks and still no results. Communication is poor. Call backs are very difficult to get. No one will take responsibility to solve my problem. Had to borrow money to pay daughters' tuition before deadline approached. Have been told that processing for the funds is taken place in the "back room", whatever that is?! Very unprofessional.

Absolute scam artists. I had my experience with Dino Ferreira and I could not say I am more applaud by the way this man handled himself. Shame on this company for employing such an unethical person.

I have been investing with IG for almost 15 years and recently they changed their policies. Unless you are a high net worth client you are no longer worth their time. I knew this was coming and so I moved almost all my money except the money that pays the mortgage I have with them. Now that I want access to that money I have been told by my consultant that I need to contact someone else. IG's customer service 15 years ago was amazing, now not so much. I won't ever be investing money with them once my mortgage is up. Your business model only benefits a select few. I am very happy with my new investment firm that has a motto of: No family left behind. Maybe you should consult them about customer service and ethics.

Randy Osborne, is so amazing. He has the patience of a saint. He did my taxes, all 5 years worth of them. Fantastic and very knowledgeable. Very professional as well. Thank you Randy !!!
