Flowers & Pine World

The flowers were beautiful and lasted longer than most store bought flowers (ours was still going strong after 2 weeks). The delivery service was awesome and right within the time frame they promised. Would definitely buy again.

Flowers I ordered for my daughter were delivered on time and were beautiful. She was extremely pleased with the bouquet. Flowers & Pine World did an amazing job and I would use them again.

I bought my wedding flowers here 30 years ago and have continued to by flowers here, they never disappoint , always beautiful .

This place is very unprofessional. I placed an order around 10am for a bouquet as a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday, which was to be delivered to the hotel that we were staying at. The receptionist promised me that, although it was a busy day, they would arrive by 2pm at the latest. No one showed up, so I called and the lady said that their delivery driver hadn't shown up at the store yet but when he did, she would call. At 2:15 she said he had just arrived and he would be at the hotel in a half hour. At 3pm, he had still not shown up at which point I called and the receptionist spoke to me in a very rude tone as if she did not understand why I was concerned, but agreed to contact the delivery driver. Finally at 3:15 I received a call that the flowers were at the front desk even though I asked them to be delivered to the room initially. The bouquet was nice, but the message was somehow addressed to me as opposed to my girlfriend. Needless to say, I will never buy anything from this place again and would not recommend it to anyone else.
