When I eat the meals this healthy local service makes, I often say, I have no idea what Im eating but its awesome. The truth is I know exactly what Im eating, I trust the person who made it and designed the menu, and I love knowing where my food comes from and the reasons I need to eat that vegetable or protein or grain today. Jessicas Clean Eats meal delivery program and the Naturally Valiant specialty items are amazing. If you also want to save time, save the planet, save your self from frozen chemicals, get in this program. Highly recommended and fantastic local business. Given the madness in our food supply right now, this is a must try.

I found the company at the womens show and was curious about it. it's very hard to find actual meal services that are actually healthy especially locally. I'm a busy person and find myself ordering food allot at work. Thank goodness for a healthy service where the food is already made and no prepping. A nice grab and go I don't have to be guilty about. I'm not vegan or vegetarian and I am a very picky eater but enjoyed these meals considering I don't normally eat half of these vegetables they provide. I highly recommend Naturally Valiant.

I recently tried Jessica's plant based meals and they were delicious! Each meal was very nutritious and satisfying. Very fresh and colourful. The meals were ready to eat and very convenient. Jessica is a very talented chef and her meals are tastefully created. Thank you Jessica !
