Called and hung up on 3 times. Almost 3 HOURS LATER. Just to be sent a new CRA security code for the THIRD TIME because these agents have no idea what they are DOING. HORRIBLE SERVICE EVERYTIME I CALL.

I loved this office because I live within walking distance .I would bring our completed returns and deposit them in the box by the door . I once heard a man ask an employee if it was safe to leave your tax eturn there.The employee answered that if you had a 2 ton truck you could not move the box .And the best part was that no postage was needed and once the tax return was carried into the building it was considered to have been received by Canada Revenue. I wish they would reopen !

Calling in at 230pm and says all lines are busy and to call back during extended hours. Only automated voice awnsers and impossible to talk to a person. Very frustrating!!
