        The lady, the service Ontario representative at the front desk was awesome and made my experience pleasant. I was at the front door of ServiceOntario in Barrie on Burton ave. at 8:45 a.m. I was 7th in line. When the door opened at 9 a.m.there was already 15 people waiting. After 11am would be better.

        Went today to update home address for my drivers license. Arrived at ~9AM, waited for about 20 minutes in the line probably due to the fact that it was Saturday and it is one of a few locations that operates on Saturdays. So far, its been a great experience, service was provided quickly and quality was excellent. Kudos to the staff there, personnel seem to be professional and knowledgeable at what they are doing. Thank you!
