One of the best gyms I have ever been a part of. The owners are genuinely passionate about getting you fit but also making you feel great! They back up their talk with incredible hard work and a focus on growth and improvement in both themselves and their clients. The amazing attitude flows through the gym space and the members every day and every single person is made to feel welcome and motivated. You cant do any better. Simple.

The best 1 hour of my entire Day..... !!! This place is so so amazing. If you want to do something for yourself & your family, join them. I was wondering, why would someone pay higher, when you can join any gym at a price of a Pizza. Well, we need to decide, we need PIZZA or Good Medical Reports. I joined Gym, but never went there for more than 3 days. And regarding CROSS-FIT, It is SO SO ADDICTIVE. I am a SUPER LAZY person, but I wait every Morning to get up and go to CROSS FIT. All the Coaches are super helpful. They are just replica of each other. All are Nice, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Motivating, Remember you by name and never ever get frustrated of you asking multiple questions. It doesn't matter, if you are 3 years old or 3 days old, they will keep you engaged in session and adjust your practice accordingly. All other gym members are also very friendly and respectful to you. They keep you motivated and join you if you are loosing momentum. Such a lovely place it is to be.... !!! If you are in Barrie, Love your family, Want to get Fit, Reduce your Stress, Improve your Medical Reports.... Hit Cross Fit Barrie.... HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED......!!!
