CrossFit Somos

As someone whos never done crossfit i was SO intimidated before I joined. I heard that it was challenging and wasnt sure if I could do it. Laura and all the staff have been so amazing and helpful while Ive been learning all the workouts that are fit to challenge me yet are also super fun! By far the most amazing gym Ive been to. 10/10 recommend

Suzanne Vaillancourt I have been a member of CrossFit Somos since 2017 Since the first time I set foot in the gym I was greeted with kindness and felt welcomed by the CrossFit family. There is a vast variety of work outs. I love that each day is different. There is always a scale option. Coaches take the time before each workout begins to walk you through each movement. if you have a goal you would like to achieve Coaches and Members come together to help you achieve it. This is my home away from home and you cant help but keep coming back the gym and coaches and members are what makes this gym a great community . I am still going strong at 59 yrs of age and hope to be here for many years to come.

As a newbie to the cross-fit world I was not sure but I can now confidently say this gym is fantastic. The trainers, the equipment, the staff, and the overall atmosphere is a game changer to the fitness word. 10/10 recommend checking it out no matter your experience level!
