        Had a terrible experience both times I went to this office. I went to get an IUD replaced. It's so disappointing the lack of understanding regarding pain management during these procedures. I understand everyone is different and has a different experience. Dr. Fefelova has no bedside manners and no compassion. It was a very traumatic experience. You'd think that going to a woman's health clinic and being seen by a fellow woman you'd have more understanding. So disappointed. Unfortunately this is the closest women's health clinic to me which is an hour away. I would rather drive two hours to Toronto then go see her again.
