I was given Felicias name by a friend with beautiful gray hair. She recommended a product by Natulique - Anthracite Semi Colour and Tone Refresher. Felicia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and shipped this product to me as I dont live in Barrie. I absolutely LOVE this product. It is not purple as with many gray hair products but a beautiful steely gray colour. It keeps my gray hair from getting yellow and gives a beautiful steely tone. Im a woman in my 40s and over the years I have developed a terrible reaction to hair dye. Then, I met my new best friend. Felicia. She gave me several different options on how I could cover my grey hair, we tested a few of her hair dyes on my arm to ensure I wouldnt have a break out. Im happy to report we found a product that works for me!! I felt like royalty sitting in her chair. Finally! A stylist who listens and has great suggestions for my hair needs. One thing I appreciate about Felicia is that she took her time to listen to what I wanted. We came together on a plan that makes sense that is more long term than just the immediate result. She also took her time with my cut and blow dry. The technique she uses has excellent results and I am very happy with how it turned out.
