Truly a runaround with estimates in the Claim department. Different rejection codes and adhoc commentary every time. A waste of time and misleading to include a benefit in the booklet and then reject every estimate towards it with different reasons every time. I've spoken to and emailed probably 10 reps with different understanding.. very unhelpful, very unsatisfied. Claims department won't directly answer, always rerouting me to the General help folks who have no clue.

This company is the worst. Process claim and then you wait for your money for weeks. You email and they say its an internal error and give them 3 to 5 business days. You call and they don't have any answers so they repeat the same answer. Many emails and phone calls and still no answer or cash. Worst company. Doesn't deserve 1 star. Don't recommend this company to anyone. You have to fight for what's already yours.

Have been using Group Health as my benefits provider since February. Never had any issues with claims being paid out. Anytime I have had questions, I have been able to get great customer service to assist with resolving my issues. Claims have all been paid out in a timely manner. Grateful for a reliable benefits provider.
