Unfortunately there was no TV available during our stay (1 evening). Also the bathroom sink plug did not stay closed for washing. Definitely older hotel but clean and friendly staff. Very comfy king bed with great linens. Walkability: Mandarin restaurant right next door. Also access to highway.

The only decent thing is the location right off the highway apart from that avoid completely and keep driving up the highway to better hotels in town. Had the pleasure of staying at the Allure more in line with stench couple of weeks back due to an unfortunate house fire rendered my family homeless and the insurance company put us in this location with a dog,2 kids under the 10 and a wife in a tiny standard room with no more than 2 double beds. Everything about this hotel screams incompetent. From having out buildings that you will need to wheel luggage over to from the car park not part of the main building, outdated and unclean rooms, poorly trained staff that show no form of customer service or compassion to guests that are staying there due to circumstances beyond ones control. Our first night on arrival checked in person checking in was very decent and accommodating no issues there, doors to the out building which were supposed to be opened via keycard were not locking and could be opened without swiping not very safe at all, assigned our room extremely drained, emotionally and physically from losing our home and completely out of it to find that the room assigned was latched from the inside due to someone having booked adjoining rooms and kept the door latched. Went back to front desk informed the staff he came out and with us and found the same issue, assigned us the room next door and delivered the key. My only thought is how was the original room out back into rotation if the door was secure latched I doubt the cleaning crew could access it therefore would have been met with a dirty room possibly. Slept the night uncomfortably, noticed large swaths of teens and twenty something year olds along with a couple of shady clientele arriving later in the night found beer cans littered about no surprise. On Sunday received a call from reception requesting us to check out claiming that our insurance company did not extend the stay and the room we were camped in was out of service and needed to be cleaned for a guest that booked the entire floor for a week with everything we had gone through explained our stance and that relocating us was just adding more stress but they did not care and requested us to check out asap. In turn decided we had enough packed our stuff and left to a better hotel. If you are part of local swinging community this hotel is ideal for you with the 1980s adjoining rooms making participation in group activities much easier than hoping around the corridors in your slippers and boxers, if you are teen or young adult looking to party like Wayne and Garth this ones for you dudes. If you are a family looking for a safe clean space keep on looking and give this place a miss.
