Rooms: Clean, has everything you need. No frills but large spaces and not cramped like others Nearby activities: On Mapleview in great location Walkability: Amazing close to shops and restaurants

Hotel was very run down compared to a year ago, when we last stayed here. Doors don't close properly, fixtures are falling apart, several plug outlets in the room don't work. The thin MDF board supporting the upper bunk bed for the kids had a massive crack going across it. Paint chipping everywhere, carpet on the stairs is threadbare.

The place is dirty the room smellt like a musty old dish rag and the desk staff were absolutely terrible they charged my card 3 times for 1 night stay telling me they only charged it twice and that the second charge was due to evidence of smoking now idk what they found in there to give evidence of smoking but yes I am a smoker and that explains the 10 trips up and down the back stairwell they can see me making but I was never even notified of any problem they just went ahead and charged my card with no notice in turn I'll have to fight my credit card to reverse the charges or else it cost me 455.30 for a 1 night stay dump motel heads up watch there fraudulent billing so u can argue it with them accordingly they won't even mention it . I'll definitely never return to this or any super 8 again
