Kaleidoscoppe Play Centre

We visited on Sunday morning and were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted by two very friendly staff members and the placed smelt like they just finished cleaning! So many interactive activities for the kids! Will definitely be back.

Excellent place to throw your kids birthday. The owner, manage is very honest & very friendly to do business with. Place is very clean & organized.

My son always has a great time here and never wants to leave. The facility is clean and staff are friendly. I do have two issues though. Theres no change table in the washrooms and although its not a facility that is catered towards babies, its uncomfortable to have to change your kids diaper in front of everyone. My other concern is the gate to enter the facility is never latched as it seems to have an issue, which makes it easy for children to run in and out. The first time I noticed this I thought maybe it was something that would get fixed however Im back 3 months later and the gate is still the same. I do recommend this place for a fun time out with the kids. Just be aware of those issues.

Great place I have been here a few times and loved it I didnt rate it higher considering. They dont have much variety in food or drinks And I was there not to long ago. My daughter was expecting to play before arriving I checked there sites and there was nothing written about them closing the facility for. March break camp when I arrived by taxi is when I was told my daughter wasnt able to play. Because she wasnt part of the camp My daughter was crying and soo upset taking a taxi back home Please make sure to update your. Social media accounts With events you have going on so something like this doesnt happen again

In October 2021, we paid to attend a Santa event they were having in December of that year. They ended up cancelling the event. It's now January 2023 and they have not returned my funds for an event they cancelled. Plus they are no longer replying to my emails. I would not recommend this play centre.
