In particular Megan Trainor is an awesome agent . She is knowledgeable , attentive and provides excellent advice. I look forward to working with her !

I worked with this company for years. This year I was shopping around and Will Marshall could not beat the quote I was given by another company, so I cancelled at the end of April and told them I did not need coverage as of May 1. No issues -EXCEPT a May 1 payment came out of my account. I contacted them for a refund was told to wait 12- 15 days. UPDATE - Will Marshall did follow up with me and was able to resolve my issue. In fairness, I have updated my review rating for them. They did come through in the end.

Hello dear readers, long story short, I asked them to get a quote for my business insurance and (Tiffany) told me that she would get a quote from 5 different insurances with different rates,and she wasted 6 business days and at the end (Tiffany) came back with one quote and told me that's good enough and I didn't try other insurances!!! but we spoke 4 different times and she always said I didn't heard back from anyone , They're not trust worthy just make sure 5 star reviews not coming from there family and friends. Unprofessional and time wasters it's just not respectful to waste people time and lie to them when they honest with you, (Tiffany or will martial) don't do work with them they're absolutely disrespectful. I'm not sure how they got 4 stars reviews but it's clear that many of them are family and friends as you look at them closely.
