Should change there name to worst contacting. The stolen stock photos of other work should tell you all. Lavish installs but couldnt install a simple tile floor, no concrete board, no fasteners to the subfloor, Improperly mixed grout. Fake warranty of work, can provide pictures also added to the review. The entire floor cracked the tiles were all uneven. Honestly seen better tile work from those who used first time YouTube guides from unskilled labourers. *Update 1/20/2023 following Alex's Lies. Because the customer is always right especially with photo evidence of the terrible job. Seeing as ALEX is LYING I will say a picture/pictures are worth a thousand words (Take a look). I can and will email anyone proof of the job and the quality of the terrible install because HONESTY will always prevail and the pictures of the subfloor with NO FASTENERS, cracking grout and lose tile, provide more PROOF to what's written here. Furthermore an expert tile contractor, not only shook his head at the fastener less subfloor, but also suggested that a 5/8th's concrete subfloor should be placed on top of the existing plywood floor, then fasten down, and was shocked that Best Contracting did not suggest this as an option. I also can have other HOMESTAR rated contractors that quoted the job after his mess to back up that claim verbally supporting the pictures as evidence. His accusations of us walking on the floor are also FALSE, we have two full bathrooms, not only did we not walk on the floor, because there was no urgency in the matter to use the washroom, we barricaded the floor for longer then the duration required for the grout to set, for a full 7 days. We had a respected and proper contractor come in to remove and review the work done by Best Contracting. I have proof showing clearly that no fasters were used, and no concrete subfloor, which we would have gladly paid for if an experienced contractor suggested it for longevity and quality. He states below that he would retile any job done incorrectly, if that was the case? why am I writing an honest review with a PICTURE of the work. Best Contracting (ALEX) only offered to redo/repress the grout in between the tile, which even if mixed properly the next time would have resulted in the same problem as the plywood floor is from 1987 and would have flexed resulting in the same problem. We requested that all the tile to be lifted and redone, properly installed, this aggravated Alex and he ran away from his said warranty claims. He never called the Police as there was no reason too, an exaggeration and overreaction to the incident. His tilers are unlicensed and inexperienced, Running away from a $3000 job hence the accusations of the yelling altercation. I ask anyone reading this review. Does this picture below look like the tile was installed correctly like Alex states? No. A bold lie with photo evidence. Avoid Alex and best contracting with all costs, use homestars.
