came in on a whim, spoke with the two nice young ladies at the Barrie location. they informed me on the process that I would need to provide my measurements, which I did so when I got home. with-in 24 hours I had received a quote and design. we were able to purchase our new shaker white kitchen for a very reasonable price and are completely satisfied with the experience of working with kitchen liquidators. highly recommend visiting their office.

Poor service. Called to ensure someone would be there. Essentially making an appointment. Drove there from Keswick. Arrived and only one girl there. Place was not busy. Provided her with all measurements and chose cabinets. She said it would take a few days to get us a quote. A week later we call asking what is going on and was told someone else would follow-up. Waiting 2 more days and nothing from anyone. I guess they don't need new business. I would not recommend this place.

Cant say enough great things about our experience buying our kitchen cabinets here. Firstly Marie was fantastic to deal with, and always super helpful and kind! She helped with our order, created 3d designs, and then even helped track our shipment and all during covid! When our shipment arrived, everything was in good condition. We assembled our cabinets and they look fantastic! Really good quality, and look even better than what we expected. The quality is very good, the finish on the cabinets look great and the soft close on all doors and drawers is a very nice touch. If you order your cabinets from here you wont be disappointed!

Alright, well, Canada Kitchen Liquidators redeemed themselves. Although the communication and timelines regarding shipping were not great, the product is solid and the prices were reasonable. Do I wish the cabinets had arrived in the promised 2-3 weeks as opposed to the 7 weeks it actually took? Yes. All in all, though, I'm reasonably pleased with the overall experience.

Truly disappointing! From start to finish. First I thought I was buying cabinets from a Canadian company in Barrie. Not Chinese cabinets from a company named J + K cabinets in Toronto. Then they sent delivery instructions to a place in Edmonton as opposed to where I live. Yes, by contacting the shipping company I finally got them. Then you need to buy or rent a $700 dollar Senco tool to assemble them. Why? because they do not include angle brackets that are better and stronger. But I guess they love saving money! I will order some brackets. They do not include any decent intruction diagrams and not even one for the sink base. Videos would help and yes you can find some on line, apparently made in China as they have no audio. If you like silent movies from a century ago, you will love these. Finally some of the pre-drilled holes in the sink base are not for the parts they supply. Just be prepared for a lot of research as to how to assemble these and then you can actually put together these Chinese cabinets. Definitely not Canadian! Just be warned!!! I see you responded to my real concerns. Actually despite your incorrect assertion, please know that I did provide the correct address and postal code. The shipper said that you had made the error in providing the wrong delivery zone. They also confirmed I provided the correct information. Also your web site says that you are selling Maple and not less expensive Birch cabinets. I like to buy and support Canadian made products. If you are so proud of your Chinese made cabinets, why is it not clear on your website what products you are selling and where they are made? Of course the reason is rather obvious.
