Janine is fantastic! She took the time to work with us before before we were even ready to purchase our first home. Janine is very knowledgeable with lots of experience, which made us feel super comfortable with her. She was always very honest and made sure to steer us in the right direction. Our wants and needs were never forgotten while she helped search for the perfect home. We since sold our first home with Janine as our realtor and she helped us find our second home. I highly recommend having Janine on your side!

Working with Janine was an amazing experience. I have been out of the real-estate market for 18 years and going back in to find a new place after my divorce was not only overwhelming but very stressful. Janine made it easy, fun, and enjoyable. She was able to keep me focused and calm making it a wonderful experience. It was an absolute pleasure working with her as a real-estate rep. Janine is great at what she does and in the future I look forward to working with her again.

Janine helped me purchase my first home in June 2021, and I could not recommend her more highly. Throughout my home-buying experience, she consistently went above and beyond to help me buy a home in a challenging market. Janine was always honest with me about homes we saw and went out of her way to point out issues that I would have never noticed as a first-time buyer, such as uneven floors and ceilings or signs of potential structural damage. Knowing that I could trust her to offer an honest opinion rather than trying to sell me on a home as soon as possible eased my anxieties as a first-time buyer. I lived an hour and a half from the area I was buying a home in, and with my work schedule, coordinating times to go see homes was a challenge. Janine was so gracious about accommodating my schedule and never made me feel like a nuisance (despite the significant volume of messages I sent her!) Janine was with me through every step of the home-buying process and always made time to answer my questions and walk me through what to expect. When we discovered before closing that the seller's agent had misrepresented something about the home I purchased, Janine was fantastic about advocating for me so that we were able to get a reduction in price. Even now, 6 months after closing, Janine has continued to check in with me about the house and provide recommendations at my request for local tradespeople. You can tell she really cares about her clients and doesn't just see you as a commission. Over the holidays, she even dropped off some delicious home-made treats at my doorstep! (I would also highly recommend her baking) I will absolutely be calling her up when I sell and recommending her to anyone I know who's looking to buy or sell in Simcoe!
