I dont usually write reviews but I felt compelled to express my experience with this business. Im 50 years old and Ive never had an eye exam nor have I ever owned a pair of prescription eyeglasses. So I was excited to get my eyes checked and eager to get a pair of eyeglasses to help improve my life. Unfortunately, that did not happen. In fact, I felt frustrated and disappointed with the service I was provided from the eye exam, to picking out a pair of designer frame, to communicating my eye health to me, to wearing my new eyeglasses. I wont mention any names as this review is not to point fingers but to express my dissatisfaction with the whole process and the service provided by this business in general. I had advised this office that this would be first time getting an eye exam. The exam went as per usual, Im assuming, but I was not advised on my eye health / condition. I only found out about my eye health / condition when I visited the office a second time due to issues with my eyeglasses. I was not taken into one of their office but rather at the reception desk in front of waiting clientele. Sure the eye exam results were not that embarrassing but a little privacy would be more appropriate. As for the eyeglasses, the whole process of picking out designer frames to suit the dimension of my head and to suit the shape of my face was very indolent by the Frame Stylist. She only presented one frame to me even though there were a variety of frames displayed. I even asked if there was another option to look at but was advised on the one she first presented. When I first started wearing my eyeglasses, I was told by friends and family that I would need time to get used to wearing them. I was not advised by this business on what I would experience or how long it would take to get used to them. I was getting headaches every day located at the back of my head. I was getting pain on the side of my head as the eyeglasses did not fit properly. I had trouble walking, especially on uneven surfaces or using stairs. I was having trouble driving with my glasses as it distorted my peripheral vision. I had trouble reading my car dash as the glasses was to address my nearsightedness. When I looked at walls and counters, they appeared to curve away and sloped down from me. My eyes were constantly itching and my eyes were irritating me constantly. I was experiencing dizzy spells ever so often which was concerning. All the above symptoms were not brought to my intention when I first was given my eyeglasses. With so many issues that I was experiencing, I had made another appointment to review my eyeglasses. The only thing that the Optician did to help with my problem was to manhandle my eyeglasses by spreading the arms wider and told me that I should wear them once I wake up. She advised me that my eyes will get used to them and my issues would resolve themselves. She also advised I should look straight at what I want to look at. Maybe it was late in the day but it felt like they were not interested in helping me out. At this point Ive had my eyeglasses for more than 3 weeks and prior to them telling me to start wearing them once I get up in the morning so that my eyes would get used to them; I was already wearing them first thing in the morning, since friends and family told me such. I was never relayed this information when I first received my eyeglasses. All I was told was here are your eyeglass, here is the case for it, here is a bottle of cleaning liquid and here is a cloth to wipe it clean. The anticipation of improving my eye sight and my life, turned into disappointment and aggravation. It has been 6 months now since I last worn my eyeglasses. I dont get the painful headaches as before, the side of my head does not feel like they are in a vice; I feel more comfortable and safer driving and my dizzy spells went away. Hopefully this business improves their service and provides a better experience for their existing and/or their future clientele.

Excellent service; fast, efficient, kind and caring. Pupil not responding days after ER treatment, saw my son right awayDr. Bond found a missed piece of metal in minutes, removed it, prescription, and a recall visit in 2 days, just to make sure. Highly recommended.

Dr. Mansi was so thorough and kind. What a great office! Everyone we dealt with was very sweet and the place is huge and modern. We love modern medical clinic. The glasses selection was also really good. We are happy to come back again in 24 months!

I sat on my glasses this morning (Saturday Oct 15 2022).... I thought I was screwed...I went in right when they opened (9:00am), and Samantha fixed them in 5 minutes, no charge!! The lens popped out and the frame was very twisted up but not cracked. I've been going here for years, always great service and it's so nice to have excellent service when you need it, thank you guy's!!!
